A house with a sea view A makeover in Benidorm
This project is a story about light, functionality, and characterful aesthetics. The seaside home in Benidorm underwent a complete transformation — from a closed layout and a dark kitchen to a modern space where every detail matters.
To make the most of the breathtaking sea view, we extended the terrace by an additional 30 square meters — transforming it into a true oasis of calm and positive energy. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the sea breeze and watch the waves roll in. This terrace isn’t just an extension of the home — it’s a hidden heart of family gatherings and quiet moments of relaxation.
Bold contrast, unforgettable effect
We designed the interior using elegant, contrasting materials — dark graphite accents paired with light flooring in the color of beach sand. Furniture made of natural walnut and eucalyptus veneers adds a sense of refinement and harmony. It’s a space that doesn’t shout — but stays with you.
A kitchen that disappears
One of the biggest challenges was the kitchen — small, closed off, and disconnected from the life of the home. We decided to open it up and connect it with the living area, without giving up privacy. The solution came in the form of large sliding doors that allow the kitchen to disappear in an instant. When closed, it stays hidden; when open, it becomes part of the living space, seamlessly flowing into the dining area on the terrace.
Intimacy with a touch of luxury
In the bathrooms, we focused on simplicity and elegance. Stone sinks catch the eye and add character to the space — their solid form contrasts beautifully with the soft lighting, creating a calming atmosphere. To visually enlarge the rooms, we used large mirrors that reflect both light and views, making the space feel more open without losing its sense of intimacy.
Acoustics you can feel
We didn’t forget about the senses. On the walls, we introduced wallpapers with a subtle texturethat not only add character to the interior, but also improve the acoustics.Thanks to them, the home gains a pleasant quietness mixed with the sound of the waves — perfect for work, relaxation, and everyday conversations.
